The
Constantiaberg area, located amongst the beautiful wine lands and
the False Bay Coast, is a residential area of old and new.
From the battle of Muizenberg over 200 years ago,
and the history of the wine farms in the 18th century, the area has evolved
and developed into leafy suburbia; but look closely enough and you can
travel back in time to Colonial Cape Town in your own back yard.
Many museums, heritage buildings and monuments can be found in the area
preserving the memory of such a historical region.
The Sivermine mountain range provides a backdrop for property
in the area. It also houses birds and wildlife, provides a platform for
our famous Mountain Men security organization, offers a popular pass time
and tourism for whale watching and our the famous shark spotting teams.
Many residents take advantage of the area for sports such
as surfing, kayaking and kiteboarding, and the area is also popular for
running, cycling and Golf at our Westlake and Steenberg Golf courses.
